Seven calendar days from payment, once we have your trip details. Short Trips can be rushed to 24 hours for 10 euro.
No. We plan, you book. The plan says what needs booking early and points you at the right page.
Not at all. Send them over and we plan around them.
Yes. Tell us whether you want two things a day or eight, early starts or slow mornings, and we build around that.
We do. They cost double the European price, because the research takes longer.
Full plans include one round of changes, asked for within seven days of delivery.
If we have not started, yes. Once the plan is with you, no, because it is a digital product you already have. If we cannot deliver on time, you get your money back.
Yes. We take a handful each week so every plan gets proper attention. If a package shows as sold out, we are full for now.
