What you are buying

A planning service. We research your trip and send a day by day itinerary. We do not book flights, hotels, trains, tickets or restaurants, and we are not a travel agent.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro, per trip, not per person. Payment is taken at checkout before we start. Trips outside Europe cost double the European price, because the research takes longer.

Delivery

Standard delivery is within seven calendar days of payment, once your trip details are complete. The clock starts when we have everything we need. Short Trips can be rushed to 24 hours for 10 euro. We take a limited number of trips each week, so a package showing as sold out means we are full.

Changes

Full plans include one round of refinements, asked for within seven days of delivery. A different city or new dates is a new plan.

Cancelling

You have 14 days to change your mind about a digital service. If you ask us to start straight away, that right ends once the plan is delivered. If we have not started, tell us and we refund in full. If we cannot deliver on time and you would rather not wait, we refund in full.

Your side of it

Your own bookings, visas and passports are yours to sort. Confirm opening times, prices and transport before you rely on them, because they change after a plan is written.

If something goes wrong

We are careful, but we are not responsible for closures, weather, strikes, delays or changes made by the places in your plan. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us.

Law

Irish law applies, and the Irish courts deal with anything we cannot settle between us.
