What we collect

Your name and email, so we can send the plan and reply to you. The trip details you send us: dates, who is travelling, what is booked, links and notes. And your order: what you bought and when. Payment is handled by Squarespace and Stripe, so card numbers never reach us.

What we do not want

Please leave out passport numbers, card numbers and the logins for your own bookings. If something like that arrives by accident, we delete it.

Why we keep it

To plan your trip, to answer questions afterwards, and to keep the records we are required to keep for tax.

Who else sees it

Squarespace hosts the site and runs the checkout. Stripe processes payments. We use email to send your plan. Nobody else sees your trip details.

How long we keep it

Trip notes stay while we work on the plan and for a year afterwards, in case you come back for the next one. Ask us and we delete them sooner. Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we will sort it within 30 days.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies Squarespace needs to run the shop and remember your cart. We do not run advertising trackers.
